At Droexa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note:
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved:

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
